Kids Yoga
Join our fun and relaxing yoga classes designed just for kids! We offer sessions for two age groups: 8-12 years and 13 years old.
Our small class sizes ensure lots of personal attention, with a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:6.
Through playful poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities, kids will improve their flexibility, strength, and focus while having a great time. Come stretch, breathe, and grow with us!
