Breath, Bandha Kryia
Breath and bandha are the vehicles of yoga practice. It is the breath that makes yoga asana stand out from all other physical techniques. Bandha, is what helps to unite the outer and the inner bodies together, transcending yoga practice into almost a spiritual and mystical experience.
Kriyas (known also as Shatkarmas or Shatkriyas) are the famous purification techniques presented by Hathayoga Pradipika and practiced by Yogis all over the world.
