Not true! Strength can be slow, mindful, graceful — and deeply supportive of your yoga practice.

 

Our Strength for Yoga classes help you build stability, protect your joints, and move with more ease and confidence on the mat.

 

Stronger doesn’t mean harder.

Stronger means safer.

Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm

A dynamic class designed to build the stability, control, and functional strength that enhance your asana practice. We focus on mindful movement, joint integrity, and subtle techniques you don’t always explore in a regular yoga class.

Perfect for practitioners who want to feel stronger, more balanced, and better supported — on and off the mat.

Not suitable for complete beginners or if you have any major injury or health issues. If you are uncertain whether this class is suitable for you, please speak to us before joining your first Strength class.

 Mindful Strength classes, not only for practitioners of yoga. Explore your hidden potential and become stronger - one breath at a time.

Each intake consists of 4 x Tuesdays. Join the entire series or drop in for selected class.
