In 2024 we are taking you towards the western coast of the Bali island, to discover stunning places and ancient practices which we haven't explored before.

During this intensive week, filled with physical, meditative and philosophical sessions, we immerse ourselves into numerous breathing and cleansing techniques (kriya and pranayama) and movements (asana) which can work as a healing therapy to strengthen the body and the mind, and be carried over into the daily life. Through the understanding of the ultimate healing tools which are our own body and breath - we will go far beyond the physical practice of asana and spend more time sitting and exploring our own divine potential.

Let us share with you the techniques, which will help you discover new layers of your own medicinal potential, and find this deeply rooted innate contentment and joy of everyday life.

'Whatever increases, decreases, limits or extends the body's power of action, increases decreases, limits, or extends the mind's power of action.

And whatever increases, decreases, limits, or extends the mind's power of action, also increases, decreases, limits, or extends the body's power of action.'

Important to note: In order to attend this unique retreat, it is required to join one of our Pranayama Workshops (Freedom of Breath). The next intake of Pranayama Workshop will be in February 2024. Being established in the basic breathing practices, will allow all of us to benefit more from this retreat, as the introductory techniques such as Base Breath, Breath Level 1- Level 3, Hatha and Prana Zone etc will NOT be explained during this retreat but instead all participants should to be familiar with them prior joining this trip.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have doubts whether this retreat is suitable for you. If you live abroad and are unable to join the Freedom of Breath workshop in person, an individual breathing session can be arrange online on one-to-one basis. Additional fees will apply.
