Join us for a transformative yoga retreat that celebrates the harmony of breath, movement, body awareness and philosophy.

Immerse yourself in serene surroundings of balinese landscape, as you deepen your practice through mindful breathing techniques, fluid movements, and heightened awareness of your body's sensations.

Guided by experienced instructors, each session will invite you to explore the intricate connection between your breath and movement, fostering a sense of inner balance and vitality. Engage in revitalizing yoga sessions, meditation practices, and serene nature walks, all designed to cultivate a deeper understanding of your body and its rhythms. Nourish your soul, rejuvenate your spirit, and discover profound relaxation in this retreat dedicated to the art of aligning breath, movement, and body awareness

During this intensive week, filled with physical, meditative and philosophical sessions, we immerse ourselves into numerous breathing and cleansing techniques and movements which can work as a healing therapy to strengthen the body and the mind, and be carried over into the daily life. Through the understanding of the ultimate healing tools which are our own body and breath - we will go far beyond the physical practice of asana and spend more time sitting and exploring our own divine potential.

Let us share with you the techniques, which will help you discover new layers of your own medicinal potential, and find this deeply rooted innate contentment and joy of everyday life.

'Whatever increases, decreases, limits or extends the body's power of action, increases decreases, limits, or extends the mind's power of action.

And whatever increases, decreases, limits, or extends the mind's power of action, also increases, decreases, limits, or extends the body's power of action.'

LOCATION

A mystical and radiant village situated on the least spoiled side of the island. The so called west Bali experience. An area of exuberant nature, perfect postcard sunsets, some of the best island surfing action, and Ubud like vibes 10 years ago. An innocent, unique charm in its people, like the ones we imagine when fantasizing of a trip to Bali. It was, and thank god still is, a place where time stands still. Where presence and connection is all there is.

SECRET AND SACRED PLACE BY A MAGIC RIVER..

This village earns its name thanks to its river. Balinese people believe in the element of water as a healing and purifying force. The river was used by the islanders to bring the sick and dying to its waters and be magically cleansed and healed. Furthermore, this secret river has a huge history behind it, as it was the point where the Balinese hindu people stood strong protecting the religion and culture of their ancestry against the muslim invasion that took place in the Indonesian Majapahit Hindu Kindom times.

DO YOU ALREADY KNOW WHERE IT IS? YES? NO? DO NOT WORRY. WE WILL TAKE YOU THRERE. BUT FOR NOW - LETS KEEP IT AS A SECRET :)
