We will RE-DEFINE the movements which you may be alreadyady familiar with to enhance your physical strength from within.

By the end of the course you will have a solid understanding of the Ashtanga yoga method and will have a short sequence memorized so you can practice confidently in the Mysore setting or on your own at home.
